(SEPT 22) Angel Gladney’s
bravery and heart was on full display September 18th at L.A.’s
Staples Center. Both Angel and her opponent Kaliesha West were
without a doubt prepared to go to war for the vacant WBO
Bantamweight World Title. The two battled back and forth for
seven rounds until a premature stoppage halted Gladney’s Title
hopes… at least momentarily. With only 48 months of boxing
training Gladney was given the opportunity that most fighters
can only fantasize about. Angel Non-Stop Gladney showed poise
and exemplary strength when she represented Palmetto Boxing, the
White Rock Boxing Gym and the State of South Carolina. Moreover,
her challenger was not shy to give credit where it was due
saying “I’ve fought ranked fighters and (Gladney) was stronger
than them all”. Angel will surely be on the Championship radar,
it’s just a matter of time before this young fighter is again in
contention of a World Championship. Congratulations to a job
well done, we look forward to the return of Non-Stop at home in
South Carolina in early 2011.

(SEPT 18) There is something striking about the small framed,
youthful looking scrapper from South Carolina. It's the manner
in which she tells you that she is a fighter. It is not so much
the words as it is the powerful spirit that lurks behind them.
"I know who I am and I know what I am here to do. I may look
small but my heart and my skills are......Full
